HYPER-VARGR WALKS THROUGH WALL OF FIRE !

In the wake of the most recent wave of violence on Up Port, one incident in particular stands out: a fiery explosion on level 2. It's not the size of the explosion (caused by some kind of incendiary device) that caught our attention here at the Tattler - we've seen more spectacular blasts in the past. But how many times has some one just walked out of the center of an inferno unarmored and unscathed?
Security camera footage clearly shows one of SuSAG's infamous mutant Vargrs, strolling calmly out of the flames, protected by his hyper-fur. Up until now, we were only aware of the hard vacuum and extreme temperature protection of the hyper-fur, but it's obvious from the film that the almost glowing protective "halo" effect was a result of the flames being repelled by the outer edges of the hyper-fur.
Not only does this startling information confirm the Tattler's concerns about the mutant Vargr shock-troops still being at large after the incident at SuSAG, but it provides a glimpse of yet another of the genetic enhancements these creatures have been given.
What other "modifications" were made in the depths of SuSAG's laboratories? What sort of surprises are in store for anyone foolish enough to get between this pack and it's prey? Is some one at SuSAG still in control, or, having tasted freedom, have these puppies gone feral?

Maybe it's time to lock up our pets - and small children!!

Accident on Set of Savage Film Claims Stuntman's Life

In a stunning and unusual tragedy today, George Souros, the stunt man double for Dirk Savage, was killed in an accident on the set of Major Case Squad. Souros was killed in a premature explosion of Dirk's vehicle during a stunt scene. Witnesses stated that Souros vaulted into the vehicle and turned the ignition switch prior to the fiery explosion. The explosion of the vehicle was scheduled to take place at the end of a chase scene where the car is driven into a barricaded building. Bob Rotella, Producer for the film stated the accident was "unusual, but not surprising. That's why we use stunt men".
Souros had been employed at the stunt double for Savage, in Savage's last six films and had been employed as a professional stunt man for the last fourteen years.
