Free Thoughts returnsControversial NewsFax opens new officeJust weeks after losing its publisher and having its offices destroyed in a suspicious fire, the controversial NewsFax Free Thoughts is back in business. Noted writer and government critic Guruk Varll'k will assume the post of senior editor. Varll'k, who achieved some notice after his harsh criticisms of Arkadian treatment of APs led to his expulsion from Arkadian space, has promised to "ferret out" the ongoing corruption and misuse if power by the current Regina governments. In an interview yesterday, Varll'k said his first task will be to find out who was responsible for the arson that destroyed the old Free Thoughts offices. "We won't be intimidated", vowed the Vargr. Some have raised questions about where Free Thoughts obtained the capital to finance it's ultra modern new offices on level 3. "A wealthy investor who's interested in the truth", is all that Varll'k would offer. The Times has subsequently learned that principle financing came from the firm of Blanc, Noir et Cie, a very discreet holding company with ties to the Banque de Genève. |
